AxFlow has acquired Pumpegruppen A/S, a Danish pump supplier to the chemical, food and pharmaceutical industries and for water therapy and basic industrial purposes.

Pumpegruppen is a full-service pump specialist representing brands together with Grundfos, Wilden, FTI and Speck. The company is headquartered in Lyngby, 10 km north of Copenhagen, and has another base in Rønde in Jutland.

Under the leadership of CEO and former owner Erling Olsen, Pumpegruppen will proceed to function under its present name whereas being part of the AxFlow Group.
