The 30 deepwell gasoline pumps will be delivered between August 2022 and January 2024.
This is considered one of Svanehøj’s largest LNG fuel-related orders thus far. It is also the second LNG fuel pump techniques order that Jiangsu New Yangzi Shipbuilding has positioned with Svanehøj in the last year. In July 2021, Svanehøj signed a contract to supply deepwell pumps for 10 dual-fuel LNG container vessels (15 000 TEU).
Svanehøj quadrupled เพรสเชอร์เกจnuovafima of its patented deepwell fuel pumps in 2021, and says there are tons of indications that gross sales may enhance even additional in 2022.
“Until a few years ago, using LNG as a marine gasoline was limited to LNG carriers and smaller ships. But we are actually seeing a pointy increase in gas pump orders for deep sea vessels similar to container ships and automotive carriers,” stated Johnny Houmann, chief sales officer at Svanehøj. “We were chosen because the supplier of gas pump systems for over 50% of the dual-fuel LNG container vessels ordered globally in 2020–21. And we goal to extend our market share further within the coming years.”
