Svanehøj to provide pumps for 15 LNG dual-fuel container vessels

Danish marine pump specialist Svanehøj has gained an order from China’s Jiangsu New Yangzi Shipbuilding to produce gasoline pump methods for 15 new build dual-fuel LNG container vessels (7000 TEU).

The 30 deepwell gasoline pumps might be delivered between August 2022 and January 2024.
This is certainly one of Svanehøj’s largest LNG fuel-related orders so far. Svanehøj quadrupled sales of its patented deepwell gasoline pumps in 2021, and says there are numerous indications that sales could improve even further in 2022.
