ARO introduces conductive PVDF pumps

ARO, an Ingersoll Rand model, has introduced new conductive polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) pumps in the AROEXP diaphragm pumps range
Showcased on the latest Hannover Messe Pump commerce honest, the 1- and 2-inch pumps are the latest addition to the EXP range of process and automation-ready diaphragm pumps. They are designed for fluid management involving extremely corrosive fluids switch in hazardous duty environments like chemical processing, pharmaceutical, agrochemicals and general manufacturing.
The new addition to the ARO portfolio offers a conductive PVDF wetted 1-inch and 2-inch port sizes pushed by the EXP pneumatic motor expertise. Compared to machined conductive polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) options, the brand new pumps provide comparable explosion safety, the same tier chemical compatibility and a leak-resistant design.
The options of the model new conductive EXP pumps include stainless steel hardware and inserts reinforcing the plastic construction of the pump to reduce leakage. They also feature flow fee and leak monitoring combined with distant actuation features and are lightweight due to the decrease density of the PVDF material. เกจวัดแก๊สหุงต้ม says the 2-inchPVDF pump is up to 60% lighter than an analogous pure PTFE pump.
