US industrial distributor and service provider OTC Industrial Technologies has acquired ePumps, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-headquartered supplier of pumps, mechanical seals, vacuum methods and compressors.

ePumps is also a full-service provider of all forms of rotating tools, with in-house and area service capabilities. The firm has three areas serving Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle space and a team of 28 employees.
The acquired enterprise will operate beneath OTC’s Pump Motor Technology (PMT) Group.
Chip Toth, OTC PMT Group president, mentioned: “The acquisition of ePumps expands OTC/PMT with additional territory protection, prime product lines and including extra service capabilities to this space. We are very eager to convey them into the OTC portfolio.”

OTC Industrial Technologies, which is headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, now has almost 65 locations all through the United States, and greater than 40 service shops. ePumps expands OTC’s workforce to more than 1600 employees.
