Sundyne appoints new regional gross sales manager for North and Latin America

Alton Smith has joined Sundyne as regional gross sales supervisor for North and Latin America, focusing on the chemical and industrial (C&I) markets.

In his new role, Smith will strengthen customer facing initiatives and work with Sundyne’s internal teams to broaden across the C&I space.
Smith comes to Sundyne with greater than 30 years of experience in promoting highly engineered equipment and repair solutions to the downstream and midstream sectors. He has labored extensively with EPCs, OEMs and finish customers in the renewable vitality, oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical and energy generation markets.
Prior to Sundyne, Smith served as vice chairman of sales for Fluid Sealing International, where he developed methods to strengthen & grow distributor sales, whereas additionally overseeing coaching and purposes assist. He previously served as a regional sales manager for EKATO Systems. Smith started his career at Flowserve Corp’s Seal Division and has additionally worked with midstream oil & gas OEMs at EagleBurgmann and John Crane Inc.
